Born and raised in the small town of Hurricane, Utah, Natalie grew up with a love for the desert landscape. In 2003, she moved to Bear Lake, where the blue waters, crisp air, and expansive mountains filled a place in her heart. While raising her two boys, she built a diverse career working in banking, home building, furnishing homes, and serving on community councils. 

In 2013, Natalie earned her real estate license and quickly discovered her passion for helping others find their perfect Bear Lake getaway. Now a licensed broker in both Utah and Idaho, she serves clients from Southern Utah to Bear Lake, bringing a rich background of experience to every transaction.

Natalie currently resides in Cache Valley with the love of her life but makes sure to escape to Hurricane whenever she can. In her free time, you'll find her enjoying the water, the sand, or exploring the mountains

Marion has called Bear Lake home since 2007, and after living in places like Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, she much prefers the clean mountain air and stunning scenery of the Bear Lake Valley. Like so many who fall in love with Bear Lake, Marion enjoys its breathtaking sunsets and spending time on its crystal-clear waters, whether she’s relaxing at the beach or waterskiing with her husband, Bill. And, of course, no day at the lake is complete without indulging in a famous raspberry shake.

Before her career in real estate, Marion spent decades working in accounting, HR, and business management, giving her a strong foundation of professional experience that she brings to her clients today. Her favorite moments as a realtor are when clients step into their new Bear Lake home and take in the incredible views of the lake and mountains. Helping people find their own piece of Bear Lake heaven is a dream come true for Marion.

When she’s not helping clients around Garden City or Fish Haven, you’ll find her at home writing historical fiction or perfecting her gluten-free brownie recipe.
