Garden City serves as the undisputed hub of the valley, offering a high-energy atmosphere where you are never more than a few minutes away from a famous raspberry shake or a  local boutique. It is the center of dining and shopping, making it the top choice for investors looking for maximum rental traffic and families who want to be right in the heart of the summer action.

 

Just across the Idaho border to the north, Fish Haven shifts toward a more refined, resort-style vibe. Known for its elevated topography and "mountain-modern" estates, this area offers some of the most dramatic views of the turquoise water below.
