The Bear Lake Monster Winterfest is Coming!
If you thought Bear Lake went to sleep in the winter, think again! Aside from the array of fun outdoor activities we have going on all winter, are officially counting down to the Bear Lake Monster Winterfest, which happens every year at the end of January.
Whether you’re a participant or a spectator, here’s are a few favorites on the agenda each year:

The Monster Plunge: Watch (or join!) hundreds of brave souls jump into the icy waters of Bear Lake!

Cisco Disco: Celebrate the annual run of the Cisco fish (a unique Bear Lake species) with a sunrise dip-netting tradition.

Cardboard Boat Regatta: See who can build a boat out of nothing but cardboard and duct tape and actually stay afloat!
