Winter isn’t over just yet!

by Natalie Jacobsen

Spring may be around the corner, but winter fun is still to be had at Bear Lake! If you haven’t checked these off your list yet, there’s still time to bundle up and make the most of the season:

⛷️ Hit the Slopes at Beaver Mountain ⛷️
Whether you're a longtime skier or just learning, Beaver Mountain is the perfect family-friendly spot to get some last turns in before the season wraps up. Who doesn’t love to #skithebeav?

❄️ Snowshoe the Scenic Overlook Trail ❄️
Just off the rest stop at the mouth of Logan Canyon, this community-made trail offers breathtaking views of Bear Lake—an absolute must for snowshoers or cross-country skiers. If you’ve never tried it out, I highly recommend it!

🎿 Cross-Country Ski or Snowshoe Logan Canyon 🎿
If you’ve already hit the overlook trail, head into the canyon for miles of trails perfect for peaceful snowshoe routes.

🏔️ Try Snowmobiling 🏔️
If you haven’t snowmobiled before, give it a try! There are tons of trails throughout the mountains around Bear Lake, and you can rent machines for half day or full day at Epic Recreation.

🚶‍♂️ Take a Winter Stroll Along the Lake 🚶‍♂️
Even if you're not up for a full-on adventure, Bear Lake’s shoreline is stunning in winter, with crisp air and beautiful views.

Winter won’t last much longer, so get out and enjoy it while you can! What’s your favorite cold-weather activity at Bear Lake?
